Rate includes time spent during initial consultation & home preview where detailed photos & measurements are taken & your needs are discussed in depth; includes time to perform your Room Makeover(s), including shopping, selection & purchasing of makeover items, loading & unloading of items, assembling of any products, placement of products, & moving or placing of existing client furniture & accessories; includes time spent inventorying items upon makeover completion & time to return unused items
Rate includes time spent searching for (on-line or otherwise), selecting, purchasing, returning, exchanging, & on-line and/or phone ordering of home decor items; includes time spent consulting with client on items via texting, e-mailing, on-line or over-the-phone; includes travel time to & from stores, & time necessary to itemize decorative items at makeover completion. All items purchased by Blooms & Rooms are subject to client approval; upon client approval all sales are final
Rate includes your initial 3-hour Staging Consultation & home preview where detailed photos and measurements are taken & your needs are discussed in depth. I will offer specific, thoughtful guidance to let you carry out the details to stage your home, or your client's home, yourself, or you can continue with me to carry out the rest of your Home Staging to help it "Stand Out Above the Rest!"
Rate includes time spent after initial consultation & home preview getting home in "Show to Sell" condition by performing staging details and tasks such as artfully moving and editing furniture & accessories as needed; includes time spent Personally Shopping for any Home Staging needs; includes time spent coordinating delivery, set-up, and removal of staging props purchased by Blooms & Rooms for Home Staging after home sells
Rate includes initial 3-hour Home Staging Consultation & home preview where photos are taken & your needs are discussed in depth; includes a detailed & customized Room-by-Room 'Home Staging Action Plan' for you to follow to get your home in "Show-to-Sell" condition; includes my support via text, email or phone to guide you along the way (up to 1 hour of support time)

** $500 per room Personal Shopping deposit is required for all Home Office ReDesigns, Room Makeovers and Home Stagings requiring Personal Shopping. Deposits will be put towards all purchases for that particular room. Any leftover deposit funds will be applied to my design or staging time. Thank you for your understanding!
